This Privacy Policy describes how PsychogenX, operated by Bradley Gruner (“PsychogenX,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, discloses, retains, and protects information when you visit psychogenx.com and related PsychogenX webpages that link to this policy (collectively, the “Website”).
This policy applies to the Website only. A PsychogenX application or other product may have a separate privacy policy describing practices specific to that product. For example, Perfect Partner has a separate Privacy Policy.
1. Information You Provide
We may collect information that you choose to provide, including:
- your name, email address, and the contents of messages you send to us;
- information submitted through a contact form, registration form, questionnaire, survey, or other Website feature, if such a feature is made available;

Please do not send confidential clinical records, detailed health information, government identification numbers, financial account information, passwords, or other highly sensitive information through ordinary email or general Website forms.

PsychogenX does not sell personal information collected through this Website for monetary consideration.
Nevada residents may submit a verified request directing us not to make a future sale of covered information, as the term “sale” is defined under applicable Nevada law. Requests may be sent to info@psychogenx.com with the subject line “Nevada Privacy Request.”
We may take reasonable steps to verify the identity and authority of the person making a request before acting on it. Nevada’s statutory definition of a sale may not include every disclosure to a service provider or other third party.

Individual PsychogenX products may have higher minimum-age requirements. Perfect Partner, for example, is intended only for adults aged 18 or older.

The Website may link to or display content from third-party websites, platforms, application stores, media services, or social networks. PsychogenX does not control the privacy or security practices of those third parties. Review their policies before providing information to them.
12. Visitors Outside the United States
PsychogenX is operated in the United States. If you access the Website from another country, information may be processed in the United States or other locations where our service providers operate. Local laws may differ from those in your place of residence.
This Website is not presently represented as being specifically designed to satisfy the privacy laws of every country or jurisdiction.
